I needed this video, I been going thru my struggles again of "I'm not good enough" "I don't feel like an artist" only to find out that we as artists are all like that!!

I like how Sam keeps everything logical when doing art but in his style it is truly amazing

Really enjoyed that real-fan talk, Sam 😋 Jokes aside, I think children really do change your life. My sister's and I are very close (we actaully all live on the same property even though we're all adults) and my oldest sister is married and pregnant. The closer she gets to term the more I've thought about who am I and who I want my nephew to see me as. He's not even my baby and he's not even here yet, but it's had me hardcore rethinking my priorities, the way I live my life and even how I talk. I didn't even notice it until you brought it up. Kinda crazy and amazing how the little people make can make such a big change just by existing ✨

Also, DON'T BE AFRAID TO TRACE PHOTOS OF ACTORS/ SINGERS/ PEOPLE that you find aesthetically pleasing! Surprisingly, it is insanely helpful. With a few months of tracing over the photos, I can see a serious difference in my art when I draw people. It's really helpful, so don't be afraid to do that!

I found him when he was doing his "studying the masters" series and he is SUCH an inspiration on so many levels. His hobbit hole is probably one of the coolest remodeled spaces I've ever seen. I prefer traditional art over digital but I love learning from both artforms. Love how your art of him turned out. :)

Yea, I used to be pretty angry when I was younger but I had to learn to have the mindset that peace would bring better experiences in my daily life than becoming angry over every little thing that goes wrong. After I changed my mindset, I began to see my life from a different perspective and honestly things changed for the better,,,there is not really a way to avoid becoming angry over something because people have emotions, it’s what makes us human, but you do have some control over those emotions
