Born in Delhi to Tamil parents, he took over his father's South Indian food hawker business at 21 and later expanded it into a 1200 sq ft restaurant. Facing a downturn during the pandemic, Shekhar innovated by creating a 10 ft dosa, introducing a challenge offering ₹71,000 to anyone who finishes it in 40 minutes. This drew attention from KZfaqrs, making it famous nationwide. Despite numerous attempts, the challenge remains unbeaten.
