Excellent! You have clarified most of the points. One question though what should be the minimum monthly salary (Canadian) one should be looking at in order to be considered as a high paying job? I understand there is not much clarity from IRCC but being in the immigration industry, what could be your understanding? Thanks

The best reference is the IRCC LICO 52 weeks per family members as the bare minimum. Definitely should be higher and it really depends on which country you are applying from.

Thanks. If i understand correctly, there is nothing that is going to happen in Digital Nomad visa. We can currently get it as a Visit visa and work there for 6 months remotely for a foreign employer. Also, we can apply to the jobs when we are there and our visitor status can be converted into work permit if employer agrees. If this is correct, this is weird. Because no country allows you to hunt jobs while you're on a visitor status. Am I missing something?

Some countries do. Germany for example does. 2nd point in Canada is that they don’t offer a visitor visa to everyone - very selective

Possible. Same exact regulations as a tourist visa renewal inside Canada. It’s called a visitor record.

It's better to start with Tax. If Tax is over 10%, goood luck... And Property price is a second. What are the benefits compared to UAE Remote Worker Visa?

The video is confusing. Did you get any clarity? I have the same situation. my understanding is that you can still move to Canada on visist visa and work remotely for foreign employer., what i dont know is whethre you'd be allowed to hunt jobs in canada and if you manage to get one, you'll be able to convert the status. i dont have clarity on this thing.

@@salmannauman9891 please check the official docs i do found this issue there , they clearly mentioned that if some of the digital nomads who have intentions to work with canadaba base companies as an employee then they can take work permit there and convert this to work permit .

First of all thanks for the video. Got a few questions for you Reza. I am one of 2 directors, alongside my brother, at our small US business - S corp. I am also the only employee at our email Marketing company. We make $100K on average yearly. I have a business card with my name on it, we file taxes with IRS, we have a certificate of good standing....my brother is a US citizen but l am not... I work remotely from Serbia and Panama for the past 2 years...can l leverage my remote work at my family owned US business to apply for this nomad visa?

Your financial situation and salary and previous travel history alongside you tied to your home country are key.
