The visas were just issued, and these people coming in unvetted and getting whipped into the Khalistani Gurdwaras and I hear a lot of Sikhs talking about that. Canada is 2nd largest by area in the world. But population density is least. Also they are very much concerned about democracy. That means they can easily a afford a Sikh only state or province.
