Hello, Raj thanks for this video for supervisa applicatn. As i am filling out the applicatn fr my parents atm, i have come across questn of work history of parents, however my dad is a businessman, for which i dnt see any options listed out. All the options that ircc has listed are job occupations. I need your help/suggestion as to wt can be the closest appropriate answrr in that case, if u can help me out. TIA

bank balance would make your file stronger but combined with job should be LICO requirements

Nope, you are sponsor and host, you need stability for super Visa issuance.

As a host, you need to meet the minimum income requirements to support parents, if you are not working and if you have a spouse then you technically have a family income which still counts.

your personal income will be the criteria, you can increase that income if it doesnt meet the criteria.

Hey, quick question about insurance start dates. I'm planning to apply for my parents' Super Visa before December, but I don't plan to bring them to Canada until December 2025. What should be the starting date for the insurance? Also,Do I need to make separate payments for their file? Thanks

To apply for Visa, ideally you want to bring them sooner, if you dont have plans, you can still get insurance for sooner date and later cancel it once you get your supervisa. please reach out if confused - tidycal.com/rajpatel

@@invest4k Hey, just wondering if is it mandatory to submit a statutory declaration (Notarized) along with an Invitation letter? Also, What if my parents want to stay for the maximum 5 years allowed by the Super Visa? Should I mention this in my invitation letter, or can I state a shorter duration, such as one year, and they can still stay for up to 5 years?

nope, not necessary. I never do it for my clients, they always gets the visa. You can say for 2-3 years to start so not to stretch the expectations but atleast more than an year.

Hi, I am a PR and want to apply for parents Super visa. As per my last NOA, my income was low than the cut off. But recently I got promoted, and as per revised job letter, my income meets the cut off. My que is- for super visa, do they only accept NOA or can I provide my recent revised job letter ?

NOA is must and the only way they can check your salary is by income tax, so ideally you should wait.
