Hello, I got PR refusal just because of a silly reason that the divorce certificate was submitted the translated one in English only and not the original native language by my consultant. He never asked me, to submit it. When I checked why he didn't submit, He's blaming me that whatever I provided he submitted. Should I file reconsideration? How can I file a complaint against him?

Sir our visitor visa refused thrice. We got gcms and submitted every requirement point by point. But the third one refused within 4 days of submission despite details documents. Seems they haven't even gone through the file. Submitted for reconsideration clarifying point by point the reasons for refusal..But they stated to reapply and will endeavor to reconsider but there will be delay. What to do. Really heartbreaking.

Hello sir I’m a Project Management student at Algoma University (May23SP intake) I filed my wife’s visa on 11-01-24 and her biometrics were done on 25-01-24 We showed 11lacs funds in her Indian bank account and $9400 in my Canadian account. She got a refusal on 29th April 2024 saying that she had insufficient funds and would not come back to India after a temporary stay. As suggested by my current visa agent we have to show CA$25700 for a spouse visa from 01-01-2024 because of some new rules, so we showed around CA$26500 in my wife's account and CA$3000 in my Canadian savings account. I added a new bank certificate with a re-consideration letter through a web form on 17th May 2024. It's been over 50 days but we didn't get any reply. My question is: 1. What can we do now? 2. Will she get an open work permit if we re-apply for the visa? We’re distraught and shattered emotionally due to this situation sir. Please help us with your expertise. Thank you, sir.

Yes I filled for a reconsidiration but it's been almost 4months now and I haven't gotten a reply from the immigration office since but I was sent a message that it has been sent to the right office for review there was an ommition on my passport when requested for but wasn't seen but I sent it so I filled.since 4months now I haven't had from them
