Nah Celebrini is more like a younger Crosby, Bedard although very good himself is more like a 1 dimensional scorer like Stamkos. Bedards a better scorer but Celebrini is better all around.

Latvia considering is a good team, they have less talent to pick from, and they still qualify for A tier. They're also playing Canada who has the best players in the world by a fairly large margin in any category of hockey consistently since hockey was created.

You aren't going to get better unless you play better competition.. Canada has the best hockey players in the world in basically every category, age, tournament etc. Latvia won't get better playing B tier teams. They're also a smaller country and have less talent to pick from, the fact they're in the same Tier as Canada says a lot.
