Hi Jason , I am working in one of the top 5 Canadian basesd company , in India as you mentioned I can see this information intra company transfer is applicable for me right . Do we need to pay any other charges as part of it except employer fees? And what documents is required ?

Hi Vaishali, yes, the IMP is applicable to intra-company transfers. You'll just have to get your Canadian branch to pay the employer compliance fee and make you a job offer through the employer portal as explained in the video, after which you'll need to use the 7 digit "Offer of Employment Number" number provided to your employer to apply for your work permit. The work permit application fee (around $155 CAD) and documents for a work permit are covered in the "work permit playlist" on the channel. Have a great day!

I thought he said you need to get a job first then your employer will apply on your behalf to ircc, pay the employers fee and he will be given a number upon approval, which will be given to you and that’s what you’ll use to apply for the open work permit . Or Am getting it wrong ?

Do authority require bio-metric of applicant in case of Intra Company transfer, who had applied for (Close work permit visa)? And for PR route after IMP, I understand that minimum 1 yr full / part time job required however it says within last 3 yrs of stay in canada which is bit confusing. Like does that means 3 yrs stay is compulsion? Or, even total 1 yr stay with full time job also makes us eligible for applying PR through CEC?

I went through this processed with the company I work for, but the work application was refused as the officer considered that “I had not provided evidence that I had an employment offer that includes a job title, a wage, the length of employment and the required education and skills”. But this was not accurate as the law form did provided all the documentation and followed all the steps, any idea what could have happened and is the only alternative to reapply?

There's no distinct job categories as such; but be wary of work permits through agents. More often than not, they'll charge a huge sum for pathetic job offers with really bad working conditions.

Hi sir this is Rohan Rodrigues , i have a valid canada work permit , but my agency saying the canada govt is still not accepting people who have work permit. I dont know wether its truth or not , i have already paid him lot of money now i only have 8 months visa left. Sir plz help me what should i do
