@@UniversityCanadaWest Sir that's what I commented about and perhaps you did not 🚫 read or understand the comment that the very same process you talked about is outsourced and those advisors did not know the details deeply !! THATS WHY I asked for some other process or direct UNI contacts not student advisors WHO HAVE NOT EVEN VISITED THE UCW UNIVERSITY EVEN ONCE .. (that is what the student advisors told me) .. Hope this helps ?? And I don't even know they take experienced candidates and what are the job prospects and other Univ collaborations and classes etc

@@UniversityCanadaWest *there was a call from a recruiting manager **#VINCE** **#WATSON** (IN THIS VIDEO) who called me at 1 AM midnight my time without checking the time with me or the time zone as per the phone code that he had + AND LET ME GIVE YOU FEEDBACK - Very oddly **#unfriendly** and **#RUDE** and NOT at all interested in recruiting a student. (Probably a even worse experience than the previous recruiters in Toronto) DID NOT HAVE ANY ANSWERS ..he himself said he does not have the time to talk in the call and I am not sure why did he call then ? .. He also told me that he will email me all the answers BUT SHAME that he did not !* Also I felt like he does not want us to apply to UCW and he felt I have already applied as per the details he saw .. THIS WAS surprising .. HE WAS NOT 🚫 interested in taking feedback .. Please inform me if he has GRADUATED the under grad in 2012 I have done it 10 years before him .. so it was very disrespectful call from him the way he was speaking to me .. Please listen to that can if you wish and that's why very I am not sure if you are getting very brilliant good candidates .. the way we are being treated as interested candidates.. hope my feedback helps. *He also promised a call the next day and I had requested him to call early at his 9 am or 10 am time and did not call It is okay .. perhaps the feedback will matter to most or to the others* Thank you and Hope #GUS or #UCW looks into this. Also by the way he did not answer even a SINGLE #QUESTION ABOUT UCW MBA program or about #VANCOUVER. if you have someone senior or from UCW call it is ok if not I am okay with that too. Thanks again.. Next week I'll be in BC itself Canada so will talk to someone or gather the feedback.

@@UniversityCanadaWest thats right, in our case they replied to our emails after 30 days telling my wife that we have not provided the required documents...after 30 days. Until now still we dont have a firm response. I even contacted the registrar, the admin who usually calls my wife, my sister who is living in Alberta even called several times with no answer, except for one but she was asked to provide the student number. Now I even wronte a letter to BC General Complaints to seek for help. Thinking what will be the next step maybe I call IRCC for help. We paid for the 2 year tuition and never expected a lousy response like they were doing. I have not encounter such here in Singapore, everything is fast which is the opposite of University Canada West.

are you able to help to expedite? UCW finance staff are not so professional and not responsive in emails. Their last update was last 24th December 2021. It is now going 3 months that we are waiting for the refund. The process and waiting is just so ridiculous, so unreasonable. I have never encounter such like this here in Singapore
