Double wool liner (removable), 1/2 thick wool midsole, secondary 1/8 inch thick mesh midsole (allows air circulation to keep soles drier). Designed to be loose fitting to maximize blood circulation to extremities. Pair with polypropylene liner and thick wool sock or vapor barrier sock and thick wool sock. Canvas upper, not water resistant because it is designed for extreme cold.
