The rooftops are coated with some layers and they also use a kind of electric hitting system there.Otherwise,During snowfalls, the rooftop will be stack of snow and the structure of the house might face losses.That's why most of the Canadian houses have sloppy rooftops.thank you

I can understand why the other "bedrooms" weren't staged like the rest of the house because it doesn't look like you can fit a bed in them. Is carpet in again?? It looks cheap and shouldn't be in a modern million dollar house. Odd secondary window placement/sizes. I do like the overall concept though. Also its pricey for sure.

Actually, I'm pretty sure that those are one side tinted glass and nobody can see from outside unless it's evening and you switch on the lights inside. And for that, you can always use curtains!
