During the Covid-19 pandemic, normal procedures at your hospital might be different. Cancer patients may or may not be able to bring anyone with them to their appointments. Every hospital is different and there may be exceptions regarding caregivers depending on an individual's situation. It’s important to find out what the rules are regarding Covid-19 before going to appointments. If you’re not sure, call the hospital to ask what options there are. Have caregivers attend appointments virtually if they aren't allowed to attend in person. There might be options for the caregiver to stay nearby. These are very challenging times, and we hope everyone takes care.
