For 22 years I have chrons disease,had 7 bowl surgeries, they removed more than 3,5 m of bows…I train everyday, I smile more than most people I know, I’m just like ur ant will party more than others I train more than others, I live fulfilled happy life…10 years I spend in bad in pain even water hurtled me, but I went trough it without hesitation…just keep going and all will sit at its place one day…people betrayed and hurtled me but it was my fault couse I tried to help people that didn’t want help…now I’m vise I test people that come into my life…some old friends told me that I changed a lot just because I reduced energy that I’m giving to them…have army of false people that I left behind…I’m mine no1 everyone comes after, my parents my sister friends cousins…after I take care of myself I can help them…I learned my lessons, and started to live my best life for last year and half

Wow this was spot on!!! I've been so loyal and giving to other people and, in times of need, I've been alone. If you don't put yourself first, if you don't take care or spoil yourself then I won't attract people who will be giving towards me because I am not giving towards myself. What a "Eureka" moment. I've been SO guilty of this - in the past, I would sacrifice myself and my situation to help someone else, but I never got this in return. I have no one I can count on. In the fall…few months ago a tow truck smashed the back of my car, while I was waiting for the red light to change and last week end I am merging into traffic to get on the highway and a huge construction truck comes flying pass me, had I not stopped I would be dead or badly damaged. Yesterday while setting at the red light, when the light turned green, I entered to go out of no where this man ran the red light because the police was chasing him, something told me to STOP and if i kept going I would be badly hurt.
