New viewer, your vid popped up in my feed. I just want to share that in 2014/15 I fought very severe aplastic anemia, it’s pre-leukemia, it’s treated alongside blood cancers. It was hell, to put it in a nutshell. My blood counts stabilized and I was in remission, but I was still that super sick exhausted 24/7. 6 months later I decided to “do the right thing” and return to part time work to build up my stamina. So I dropped the private disability I had through employer plan - would have paid me out in conjunction with SSDI for LIFE. Busted my butt working 3 hrs per day in a restaurant since 1/2016 and selling clothes online to make just enough to afford Obamacare coverage and have driven myself into the ground and made my health so much worse I have severe arthritis and severe chronic ailments now. My biggest regret in life I’m not staying on that private disability plan and rolling over into SSDI when I had the chance. I’ve been working with an attorney for 1.5 years to get SSDI. I made $20 more per month than allowed, as it views me as able to be gainfully employed. My hearing is next month and the attorney told me that regardless of the novel side medical record I have and severe struggles, she’s worried the work I did since 2016 (trying to do the “right thing”) that that’s going to cause me to lose. I haven’t even worked in 1.5 years either. My point in sharing this is LISTEN TO YOUR BODY and accept any financial assistance/opportunity you’re afforded and take it for as long as you need or longer and try not to feel bad, I know it feels defeating that’s why I went back to work and totally screwed my self up bc of it. But I promise you it’s best you allow your body healing and remove the stress of employment while you heal.🙏🏼🙏🏼

I survived another suicide attempt Friday August 20th if this year. It’s been 4 days. I was not myself- dissociative and severely heartbroken since childhood. Your voice helps me stop crying, and as much as I wish I could give you my cancer free body, I am glad you manage somehow to see hope in this fucked up and unfair world. I didn’t grow up wealthy nor healthy. 250 LB weight loss since 2013, severe isolation, and bullying and abuse for 26 years. I hope I’m alive tomorrow. That’s my level of pain. That said, I am glad to have followed your journey through cancer- which is fucking awful. And I know you understand psychological disabilities. I have been disabled since age 16 due to mental health issues and morbid obesity. Doesn’t mean I’m less of a human. Just unlucky in life. I cry a lot, I laugh some and sometimes I feel bland. I send you well wishes, thoughts and hope you get peace in life too. I don’t ever feel rest- apart from when I sing and write. Or sit on a bus and don’t get bullied. Doesn’t happen often. Hope you get that train ride. All the best🙏🏻 PS: I have gotten 10 hugs in 1.5 years due to COVID- don’t even have parents. Glad you have your Dad.
