You're very welcome! This video is pretty old. And you know when owning a business like this, you survive with trial and error! I plan to make an updated video on how to make candied kiwi. I'll go ahead and recommend, peeling the kiwi completely and then slice, dry and freeze before dipping! Thanks for watching! ♥️

For candy grapes, how do you go about making large quantities/being time efficient? Do you make big batches of the hard candy shell? If so, how big? Love from Canada 🇨🇦

Hello! Being that i operate this business solo, i try not to make no more than 12 large orders per day. They are made fresh daily. I can get about 5-6 large 32 oz containers per this recipe.

@@kkooks19 just to confirm, with one recipe (4c sugar, 3c water & 1c karo) you can get 5-6 large 32oz containers of grapes? You don’t ever double or triple the recipe? I wonder where I’m going wrong as I can only get 5 16oz containers with this recipe

@@AsmrToday yes ma’am. I prefer not to double the recipe because in my experience, when i double or triple, the candy don’t do right when i try to reheat when it thickens up. With the 4.3.1 recipe, I’m able to seamlessly reheat with no issues over and over again until i use all the candy mix. I used to waste so much candy before because i thought i couldn’t reheat the mixture lol. I also use fairly large grapes so about 12-16 grapes per container is what will fill it up. And if i need to, I’ll just fully wrap a few grapes in fruit roll ups and use those as fillers.
