From my experience, my frozen shoulder came from holding the phone for so long (especially playing a game, etc), looking down (eg reading, etc) with no movement for long period bec we are putting strain on our neck and shoulders.

Yes, Gelli, those are hot flushes and my Ob-Gyne told me that these perimenopausal symptoms come in waves...

I also think we lose our taste buds because we now can take the tastes that we usually didn’t like or find gross when we were young.

Natuto lng din ako maglagay ng sunblock kailan lng... Pero talagang di mo maiwasan ung pagputi ng hair... Its normal na talaga kapag nasa 40+ ka na... Speaking of wrinkles wala pa talaga ako nyan, siguro di kasi ako gumagamit ng mga concealer or foundation sunblock at tender care lng ako sa gabi naman ung hiyang ko lng na moisturizer..... Kapag nasa bahay naman ako hilamos lng at lipbalm... Nakakarelate din ako minsan sa mga sinasabi nila.... Nakakatuwa sila hehe... Love them!!! 👍🤗💕
