I noticed you added alot of color before cooking. If I add more color after the mixture cooks, its get thicks. Is the secret to bright colors, adding color before you cook?

Looove your voice and videos!! With your cleaning method what temp do you have the oven on for the 10 minutes or so? I always thought that it would continue to cook the apples and make them mushy but I guess not

Thank you so much I love you back for your support I only leave the apples in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes max at 350 degrees once taken out of the oven and let them completely cool down if you have any more questions please feel free to ask

I have to take him out the oven do you put it back on water and wash them off or do you just take them out the other and let them sit and wipe

Your toffee isn't hot enough...you need a candy thermometer

Can you please tell me how long do you keep you apples in the oven for same day candy apples???

Oh good morning beautiful I keep my apples in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes on 350° then I take them out and I let them cool completely so where there are no longer hot to touch so the best thing to do if you have same-day delivery is to get up early in the morning about 8 o’clock. Boil your apples to remove wax then give them an ice bath stop the boiling process preheat your oven to 350° let the apple sit in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes then take out and completely cool for about an hour or two then make your hard candy mixture and dip apples
