Drinking milk doesn't help much either. Eat sugar. It neutralizes the capsaicin.

Your Milky Way bar is called Mars here in Belgium. Milk Way in Belgium is without the caramel in it. Both delicious. I found some Reese's recently. They are my new favourite. ❤

If your playing games using Jalapeno peppers I suggest drinking milk with it whoever gets stuck having to eat the pepper. This helps with taking the heat out. Ice cold milk to be precise.
