Тоже есть сушилка Канди тоже смарт, только на 7 кг. Смартом не пользуюсь - хватает поворотного регулятора, сушу всё на " СИНТЕТИКЕ"- сохнет всё быстро и качественно. Всеи добра 😊

Hi, not an expert on this, but maybe some sensor is faulty, that detects the water level. Can’t help more than that :(

I am not sure that I understood you well. does it fill the tank in a short time and stops functioning? as I do not want to stay with it to empty the tank. kindly let me know. Also would like to know if it is noisy, do you happen to have a video of it working or know the decibels?

Hi, unfortunately I can't help with that. Seen others saying the same, but we never had water underneath, only in the container, in the door. I would recommend calling the Candy service line.

how much it spend effectively? i suppose for this little load it should decrease the time at 1.30? but the way would be intressi g hearing the noise level to on video

@@cal87249 When it goes over 62-67, it is due to the buttons on the clothes smashing the drum. Not the quietest for sure, but I always close the door of that room anyway, so can barely hear at all.

Usually I use the application (SimplyFi) and it has a pile of extra options. The requested time and programme depends on the materials too and to what dry level you set it from the 4 levels. There is no universal setting/programme.

Because it might not be 100% dry. If you feel the clothes are dry, you don't have to hang them. Depends on the amount of clothes you put in and the programme you used.

Yes I did, and Î’m not connected to wifi I don’t have wifi for now, so I do it manually since 2months , sometimes when I press start it start instantly and sometimes it doesn’t

@@anthonyballonad8281 The only other thing I could think of is that is it not overloaded, when it doesn't want to start? Maybe the load is heavy for the given program. Other than that, have no more ideas, what can cause it. If it is under warranty, maybe give a call to the Candy Helpline.

@@OCDaddyZsolt Thank you, I wish I'd seen this reply before the first engineer came. Our problem sounds just like you described, he replaced the front bearings and it is still the same, and he just said its normal. I have had a second engineer today who has also said its fairly normal, but he has ordered a new drum anyway.

Szia! Nincs osszehasonlitasi alapom, csak a Whirpool mosogepbe beepitettel. Az aramot nem szoktam nezni (persze nem pocskolom ezerrel), mert napelemeink vannak es sztem tultermelesben is vagyunk. De nem lattam jelentos ugrast a villanyszamlaban elotte sem. Szaritani sokkal jobban szarit, mint a mosogepbe epitett es legalabb a szoszoket is begyujti, meg bele tudom tenni gond nelkul a mikroszalas kendoimet.

I believe it is a standard motor. Haven't seen any indication anywhere about an inverter.

Hi, I suppose, there are two choices: 1. Get in touch with the previous owner and ask them to delete their registration. 2. Drop a mail to Candy customer services, explain the story and hopefully they can unregister it from the old account.

@ Igazabol, mar mindjart 4 eves :) Meg muxik, csinalja a dolgat. Kapott azert rendesen tolunk. Kicsit nyekereg, de megy es szarit. Vettem egy masikat az asszonynak 2 honapja, arrol is van fent video (Electrolux), de azota en hasznalom mar csak a Candy-t a garazsban :)

Hi, via the simply-Fy app, you can set delayed start. Pretty sure there is a way from the unit itself too, but never tried that way.

Just asked my wife and she said that even in delayed mode, it would spin sometimes, before the program starts. Most likely to avoid creases.

Hi, you should be able to use the same app to connect the drier also. That's what I had to use. When you open the app, upper left corner, sandwich menu, add new.

@@robbieamatchant4741 Try maybe to restart all (drier, phone, router) and try again. I suppose, the SSID is announced and you have 2.4GHz enabled on the router.

Hi, just choose any of the programs (but not the Wi-Fi/remote), then press the 2 buttons in the lower right corner for a few seconds simultaneously (next to the play/pause button). When it shows ENGLISH, you can move left/right with the same buttons. When got the right one, click the play/pause.

Seriously guys don't buy this machine. 3 weeks after buying it, it just won't start and it was installed by professionals. Nothing wrong with install or anything else

@@sannunkimalama64 I don't think it is anything to do with luck. I hardly believe that they manufacture tons of these and only a few of those work. Supposedly there is a quality check in the factory. There must be some other issue. Maybe getting damaged during transport?

@@OCDaddyZsolt To me you are lucky because i just bought this thing, and it is not working anymore. Transport was done by the guys (who are professionals) and installed and we tested it together, it was working fine. Even after that used it several times, but now every command is getting in though it just won't start

Lehet kezelni tavolrol is, mivel a Wi-Fi router-re kapcsolodik. Valoszinuleg van Bluetooth-os verzioja is, az valszeg csak max 10 meteren belulrol mukodik.

This is a dryer, not a washing machine. The length of the drying depends on the amount of the load, how wet the load is, which programme you've selected and what lever of dryness you choose. It can be as low as 30 minutes even, but can take even up to 3 hours also.

@@annadebari2485 Spiacenti, devo usare Google Translate: prova la funzione sottotitoli sotto il video. Fai clic sul pulsante dei sottotitoli, quindi sul pulsante delle impostazioni e puoi impostare una traduzione automatica in italiano. Non sono sicuro di quanto sia corretto, ma potrebbe aiutare.
