how come whenever i turn on shape mask my clip is invisable?

I’m not sure why that would happen! It might be a glitch or maybe the photo resolution is different, maybe the scale of the mask is small? Reopen the project and if that happens again, reply🩷

1:31 this effect don't work with me, it's being on the whole thing not just the mask! What should i do? I did it on the mask photo but it's not working 🤨

Are u sure u had the masked layer selected? Or maybe the app glitched, or maybe the effect is hidden? Not sure why it’s not working. Recheck everything carefully 🫶 if it still doesn’t work reply.

When u add a photo to your project, select it (click on it) & then at the bottom where all of the settings are (for e.g keyframe, effect mix etc..) scroll until you find "Mask"!

First, select your layer (photo) and then on the bottom scroll and find “Mask”, and then select “Portrait”!!
