Yea he’s happy sure he is maybe you didn’t see the beginning stages of cherry eye that usually hurt like hell for the dog it’s only going to progress since he’s only a yr old meaning he’s most likely going to need a surgery for his right eye

The standard is about 90-110, but Americans are good in destroying healthy dog standards. :)

My boy, Tank was 150lbs. I just LOVE Corsos. Absolutely the best breed. Not for everyone though. I love your channel ❤️

@@mickee06 He did pass. He was 6. I got him at 10 weeks old, he was 36lbs. The cutest, biggest puppy ever. I loved him so so much. He would've stepped in front of a train for me. They are such a great breed. He had a cancerous tumor in his esophogus. IF he had made it through the very expensive surgery, he would've had to endure chemo and radiation for the year following. I wasn't willing to put him through that. His prognosis was grim. Losing a dog IS SO tough. I still miss him. His sister is still with us, she's 110lbs but no where near the protector that he was. I still cry about him often. It was two years ago that we lost him. 😔 Do/did you have a Corso?

@@emilyrichardson9954 Just picked one up. Shes 7 weeks. Had every intention on getting a boy but my decided we should get a girl because I heard they're easier to train and smarter We also have a male pitty who isn't dominate whatsoever and I dont know that when the corso gets older if they would've gotten along. The breeders females were nice but I couldn't go near his male. Do you feel like your female would protect you?

@@mickee06 She most likely would, but Tank was so dominant that she never needed to show that side. Her bark and stance are intimidating enough but her prowess is not near the male. He was a much more confident protector than she. Tank was great with smaller breeds, even male bully types. Being so large, he was always the dominant. He was great with kids, he listened to me, he would've protected me against anyone or anything. Such an amazing boy. I miss him daily. That's so exciting that you got a pup! Congratulations and good luck. You'll fall in love with the breed. Females can be just as protective as the males in the right circumstances. Have fun! I bet she's absolutely adorable 😍.

My good boy Kato just passed 3 months ago at an amazing 16 yrs old. He was only 125lbs and was the most loving and affectunate dogs ive ever owned. He just loved being a lap dog despite how my lap felt about it! Miss you buddy!!

That's awesome that you got to have so many years with Kato, and I'm sorry you had to go through letting him go. My 3 year old Lucy is the same, a giant, loving (terrifyingly bad ass) baby who just wants to cuddle and climb in my lap. I hope I get anywhere near the amount of time you had with yours! It's always so hard to say goodbye. ❤

Crazy how fast they grow , seems like yesterday my mastiff was 25 pounds 3 years later he's 220 and still growing . Beautiful dogs , thanks for the video

@JC he eats a 50 pound bag of food a week which is 48.00 and rice , eggs, blueberries, beef , chicken. So 80.00 a week

Thanos looks like an Italian cane corso line. Bane looks like an American Cane Corso line. The true Italian lines tend to be a little smaller.

We have a family friend who had the largest cane Corso i have ever seen. He was about 200 pounds! Definitely the largest dog i have ever seen. No prong or e collar can stop him. But the good thing is that he is the best boy, and loves people. He was once actually scared of an 8 year old girl that was scared of him

My female Corso is 3 years, fully grown and 130 pounds. Everyone always says she's a huge dog. When we run into the big boy males, 150+ pounds, at dog parks or out on the town, they make her look little in comparison. That extra 25 pounds and 2-3 inches in height at the shoulders is crazy noticeable.
