Something happened that I will never forget as long as I live. A friend of mine's father was dying of Alzheimer's and we were sitting in my backyard. We gave his father one hit of cannabis and he talked completely normal for about two sentences like he didn't even have Alzheimer's and then went back to like he was. It was so amazing I almost fell out of my chair.

Thanks a lot!!!I new it.Marihuana, literally,saved my life will I was on interferon during,long and terrible one year,hcv treatment.It brings back energy and motivation and callmnes and lots a lots of smiles

My 92 year old stepfather has atrial fibrillation which is causing abnormal blood pressure resulting in vascular dementia. How does cannabis work for regulating heart rhythm and blood pressure?

de-scheduling cannabis in the u.s. would finally allow for legal funding of research to be performed by top scientific professionals nationwide. we have been asking for it for generations now. legalization of cannabis is the game changer our society needs right now. it will open many more doors that have been shut in our faces for far too long. the possible applications are endless. legalize it and flourish! "healing of the nations"

As an RN, I can tell you, the pharmacy industry here in Michigan was literally loosing their minds when it went to medical. The loss of profit and self medicating was their only concern. My coworker is married to a Pharma rep and said her husband was on a conference call that got really nasty toward the topic. The health system IS ALL ABOUT PROFIT over PEOPLE…… Fact!!!

I wonder how dementia progresses in regards to time, I was diagnosed with early stages dementia 12-13 years ago and have smoked cannabis everyday for over 50 years, my condition has somewhat degraded, but not to the point of getting out of hand, the worst so far is driving and forgetting where and what I was going to do (kinda scary), but I have tried to grind into my head on what to do if I get totally lost, and just hope I do not forget what to do, Ha! Ha!

you keep saying "sativex"? I don't see it written anywhere. So, I don't know what you are talking about.

Sativa is a type of marijuana. Sativas are milder than indica.

It's just a cannabis/marijuana extract they made apparently, a spray so maybe similar to a tincture. "Sativ-X" is just the gimmick brand name they called it, anyone can make this stuff if you have decent quality cannabis flower and look up how to do it.

@@overkill7990 I'd imagine you could use supercritical CO2 or butane as a solvent for kief, or a heat/press extraction. I suppose you could use any of those methods and mix it with ethanol to produce a spray tincture. This prohibition of weed has really driven the level of chemical processes that are available to the common man, as well as the destruction of western society.

@@punkinhaidmartin Not sure man the most important thing is that the THC is decarbed by pre-heating the material before extraction.

hello. i would like to treat my mother for her dementia. but i live in sweden and i can not help her . thats crazy. i believe in marijuana 100 procent.for marijuana is true.
