That's because of the usage of proper techniques. I think Corpsegrinder's growls nowadays are even more powerful than the ones he did when he was younger, that was probably because he has become more experienced and has mastered the techniques better than his young self. For another example, Corey Taylor from Slipknot. He didn't scream with proper techniques such as false cords or vocal fry during the self titled and Iowa era, so he had to switch to normal talking voice pretty often in a concert. But now Corey does use relatively safe techniques, his nowadays live screams are probably not as brutal as his Iowa ones, but his performance has become more stable.

If you skip the video to 1:58 you'll notice how fucking TIGHT they are. Rob and Alex are changing tempo at the EXACT same time. That's how a band should be.

Kirk is just sloppy but atleast hes fast, but lars is just pathetic and can't keep basic 4/4 beat, he's slow and dull and boring and he misses beats
