@@Bronco-1776 She can't. You can see her look off to the side and point to her ear a couple of times. It seems like they always have a lot of technical problems when they play live, to be fair their sound guy has to do a lot of stuff, including controlling the vocal effects she uses and playing samples/drum beats as well as controlling the volumes of everyone's instruments. It's a lot to ask from one person, and it's hard for them to play live because they use a lot of post processing effects and things that have to run in a DAW.

So it's not wind?

Looks like the wireless system went out on the mic, these things happen, especially with anything wireless. It's by far not the worst thing I've seen happen during a show. Seems they handled it pretty well.

You can run a line check, do a full band sound check and do a complete channel test and still run into issues during the actual set. When it comes to bigger bands they usually have their own sound people. For the bands that don’t have their own crew during a fest like this they’d only hire sound engineers that specialize in the festival set-up. So most of the time it’s a mechanical issue not a human one.

I just saw them live, they are a better fit for smaller more intimate venues. Her voice isn't strong enough for these big open air concert..

Estamos de acuerdo en que la música y presentaciones de Cannons hablan por sí mismas. Su estilo musical, que conocíamos en los 80´s como "adulto contemporáneo" no tiene que ser sino elegante y armónico. Y sexy. Claro que Michelle, como la hermosa mujer que es, viste atractiva y sensual, pero porque ella lo es. En este caso, el hábito no hace al monje (o a la monja). Y, si me lo permites, en el último punto de tu comentario si que discrepamos. Me pone enfermo leer comentarios en lengua inglesa afirmando, seguro con buena intención, que la banda está "underrated". Nada más lejos de la realidad, según lo veo yo. Miles de discos vendidos, conciertos llenos siempre, reconocimientos del público y la crítica por igual.....la mejor banda de adulto contemporáneo del mundo no está infravalorada, mi amigo. Que tú y yo estemos disfrutando por igual de sus canciones visitando este vídeo, en mi caso completo, también es prueba de que la música y las personas que conforman Cannons gozan de aprecio y reconocimiento unánimes. ¡Larga vida a Paul, Graham y a la bonita Michelle!

Executives of radio stations always believe they know more about what is popular and what will make them more money. This line of thinking only helps bands like Cannons even more by making them even more popular here on KZfaq and other sites simply because of the blow back they will receive by all of us fans. They never learn even after all these years of the Black Sabbath days.

Probably because they’re not selling out by staying true to playing live music. There’s a lot of great bands out there that play the instrument and sing live that should be big but the industry wants a certain sound and people that can’t actually sing or play instruments

@@desertdweller9548 it's HER!!! She cannot sing that well live! Those guys can play their instruments. I saw them in DC this past fall and she just sucked. The skimpy outfits might suffice for the folks that like that but I paid to see an amazing show and she turned into a talent show in my parent's backyard. I feel sorry for the other members because they probably would have been more popular if they kept the songs and lost her.
