I agree, they should have given a realistic time frame or a vague time frame and a couple accurate feature specs. It's a nothing burger.

One thing I really respect about Sony is that they don't announce something until they can put in people's hands and let them try it even if it's months away (specifically in the case of the a9III).

I’m happy with my 5Div for the foreseeable future.

I just want them to fix the wobble in video with wide angle lenses and maybe overheating (although Ive never had a problem with overheating). Because those are real problems rather than slight inconvinience.

I'm happy with my T3i and have been for the last 10 years.

Canon does do preshooting. The R6mkii, and R7 have it, and those are only the cameras I own that do. I know the R5 doesn't, and I'm unsure if the R3 does.

@@chilecayenne the R7 is, the R6mkii isn't. The G9 mentioned in the first comment is micro 4/3, smaller than crop sensor.

My bet is it’s going to be amazing. No other camera comes close to the limelight of a new Canon flagship model. Everyone wants one before they even announce it. I know I do.

Not many people are buying the Z9 because of the Z8 and Nikon is in a tough spot because everyone expects the Z8 II or Z9 II to have RED RAW inside. So Nikon has to go another year or so before updating there cameras. Sony is Sony and leading the way. Canon will be fine with the R1 and R5II for the next two years.

@@kristoffersonaribal1573 KZfaq is missing a LOL emoticon...Adorama screwed up and revealed more details than Canon's official announcement - 30mp sensor...not even close to an A1. As I have been saying for quite some time now, Canon is lost and cannot match Sony's sensor development technologies. They will continue to lose customers.
