Disclaimer - No technical or expert review found here! This video is a mix of entertainment and an introduction to this lens - After discovering that manual focus lenses were not that difficult to work with and that they actually involve more of the photographer's participation in capturing the photo...I turned left at the fork in the road and ventured into "Vintage Lenses"...a great decision! Especially on a budget!

Thanks Robert...one of my older videos but still a fun memory. It is an excellent lens! I just got a Konica 57mm 1.2 that will come out the first Friday in November. It too is an excellent piece of vintage glass! Cheers, Scott

I have the Canon fd ssc 55 1.2 aspherical it was bought at a flea market for $20 back when digital cameras were beginning and film as going out of style.

That's just me Jim...I jaw too much...just ask my wife or my students..."He never shuts up" they say. These videos are just for fun for me...I'm about to start a series on sustainable supply chains. Those will be roughly 5-10 at most. Different purpose than these Camera Talks...less fun for me. Thanks for the comment though...good or bad...gotta roll with them. Have a super day and cheers!
