Hi! To check the toner level, press the Status Monitor button and then select Device Information > Cartridge Level. Hope this helps!

Can I know how does the scanning works? Does it screen through the scanning screen or can it scan through the upper roller ?

Hi, Cheryl! Your imageCLASS MF264dw lets you do both. You can scan a document by placing it directly on the glass or you can use the automatic document feeder (ADF) on the top. You can also scan multipage documents in a single action when you use the ADF. Hope this helps!

Hi. The imageCLASS MF264dw does not print in color. It is a monochrome laser printer.

Be careful.. after 4 years the screen will freeze. You can’t print from the glass anymore. You have to do it from an app on the pc .

The imageCLASS MF264dw II offers 1-sided scanning via its automatic document feeder. Just flip the document over and scan it again to get the other side. why doesnt the paper tray extend out like all other million printers do lol

Hi, Hanna! The paper stopper in the output tray can extend, and while letter-sized paper can fit in the printer with the drawer closed, the drawer can also extend to accommodate legal-sized paper. Hope this helps!
