Thanks for the video. Have you tried to print on a heat transfer vinyl used for t-shirt stamps? My next question is, how do you like the colors on a matte sticker paper? Some people say they are dull and not vibrant at all. Thank you!

Hello, I am about to buy this printer, I am a few days away, and I have a question, can I print on adhesive vinyl? What other papers can be printed on this printer apart from photo paper?

This is a wonderful printer. 🥰 You can print on heavy weight card stock, adhesive vinyl, printable acetate, printable vellum, and sticker paper just to name a few. The print quality is amazing! I love it. Hope this helps. 😊❤️

Thank you for your reply, Did you print it on normal acetate or printable which has a semi rough service to adhere the ink? since sending you the request I ordered some acetate from Amazon(not very expensive) also I watched avideo on utube where a lady painted the acetate with PVA glue let it dry and then printed on it, let it dry and it worked so I am going to try that, maybe you could give that a go. I'll keep in touch and let you know how I go. Cheers Jan Thanks again

I definitely printed on normal acetate, since it was all I had. Printable acetate is probably the one product I don’t have in my craft stash that I should have. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I will have to get some of that! It would be awesome for cards! 😍 If it would have been printable acetate, I bet the results would be fabulous with this printer. That’s so cool about the PVA glue!! 😱 I did not know this! Thanks for all the information! This will be so cool for card making. Super fun idea to try. I did blot my non dry image onto a piece of card stock and created a beautiful watercolor effect from what I printed. 😊 So it wasn’t a complete fail. 😂 Please keep in touch Jan, I’m so excited about this! ❤️❤️Goodnight!

hello, could you please help me? I bought this printer and I did the test with the first normal sheet but then I printed on adhesive vinyl and the ink drips, and it doesn't take on the black color :(

What brand of adhesive vinyl are you trying to use? And is it printable vinyl? It’s possible that vinyl just isn’t compatible. I’ve printed on printable acetate and have had no trouble. But it needs to be a printable product or it won’t work. ❤️

What do you have to put on the cd before printing? Is there a cd sticker paper of some kind?

In the Canon Pro 300 printer, there is a cartridge that says “co.” Is this a white color or something else? In addition, can I turn off this color through the settings?

The CO is a chroma optimizer cartridge that is applied to the prints. It’s clear and helps to make the ink level and make beautiful prints. At this time I don’t believe that you can shut it off. All the inks work together to produce stunning prints.

Before owning canon I had a Epson WorkForce printer. It absolutely gave me so much trouble and dried up and clogged all the time. I wasted so much money and ink with running cleaning cycles trying to get it to print. I would never own another Epson ever. Buying the Canon has been amazing! It never clogs and the prints come out beautifully. Prints are outstanding! I love this canon so much I bought one of the 24” wide format printers as well. It’s a huge printer. No trouble ever. Beautiful prints every time. I love printing with both my canon printers! If you’re going to be printing a lot, I do recommend getting the model up from this one that has the larger ink tanks in it if it’s still available. I know it’s more expensive, but if you’re printing a lot you will save money on ink in the long term. Hope this helps you! Have a great day! Hugs, Missy 🤗🤗

Thanks so much for watching and supporting my channel. ❤️ I haven’t tried refilling with this printer. Lots of people do refills though. I choose not to because my prints turn out so fabulous! I love this ink. This printer never clogs, so I’m a little scared to refill with a different brand of ink. I have done refills with one of my past printers. It was an Epson and I hated the quality of the refill ink. ❤️

do you always keep the printer on? if I unplug it everytime does it cycle the ink alot because my ink is gone after almost a year

Just bought a Cannon Pro 300 A3, question can you print on acetate sheets, I live in Australia and its been hard finding someone to answer my question, hope you can, p.s.love your new craft room

Hello Jan, I hope you get this message. I just tried printing on acetate. Although it did print on the acetate, the ink was runny and didn’t dry. It stayed wet. I was actually shocked it didn’t print very well. I hope this helped you and I’m so sorry it didn’t work. 🙁

I haven’t tested this out yet, but if your transfer paper is compatible with pigment ink it should work. This printer only uses pigment ink. I have some heat transfer paper in my craft room. I will try it out with this printer and let you know how it turns out. ❤️

I’m really upset with canon that they advertised this 10 pack bundle for sale and they have never made the product available for purchase. Making us pay higher prices for single packs of ink has made me very unhappy with them. My order of 2 -10 packs of ink has been on back order ever since the printer was released last August. I’ll be shocked if I actually ever get them. If you leave a review about the ink under the printer, Canon will remove the review. They are very sketchy right now. This printer is AWESOME and I just wish they would finally give us the bulk option so I can save some money on ink.

@@CreationsByMiss yea I love procreate on my Apple iPad Pro OMG, but I just got the canon pro 300 a couple of days ago and I have not tried using any iPads or IPhones that’s my next move. 2 questions , 1 are all your printing jobs in CMYK or RGB and if so what are the differences? 2 I also noticed you mentioned you used the iPhone 12 Pro Max I hear that you can take RAW image photos with the phone, have you tried that yet? Anyways thank you for your reply’s your work and videos are amazing, I’m gonna check out your Etsy.

I love Procreate! I have been using RGB for all my print jobs and everything turns out beautifully. I haven’t done any projects in CMYK to see if there would be any differences. My signs that I design look beautiful when printed on the pro 300. I use the I phone 12 Pro Max right now to record all my KZfaq videos. I haven’t experimented with the RAW feature yet for photos, but over all the phone is amazing. The one thing I hate about the phone right now is the Lidar sensor. When I take videos in low light locations, it throws green spots in the videos and pictures. Pictures you can always edit that out but it’s tricky when messing with video. Hope this helps.

Can you scan with this printer? Can you print on cardstock.....smooth or texture?

This printer doesn’t have a scanner built in it. So I have to use my scan n cut for scanning. You definitely can print on smooth cardstock. I haven’t tried printing on texture cardstock yet, but if you want me to try that out for you I can do that this evening and get back to you. @@CreationsByMiss, yes if you don't mind, I would be so appreciative to hear your feedback on the textured cardstock. My husband bought me this printer for Christmas, but it seems to be alot of money, so before I unpackage it, I want to make sure it does what I need it to do. I scrapbook in different sizes and I want to be able to buy digital packages and print them in various sizes, especially embellishments! Thank you for your quick response!

This printer doesn’t use a white ink cartridge. White is not available for this printer. It does tell you how much ink is in the cartridges so you know when to purchase more ink.
