@@CanonUSASupport So you are saying it was made this way on purpose? What a dumb design. I don't want to have to be calling a number for issues that are fixable. Especially right now during COVID, when your line is probably continuously busy. I did have a network issue, and I had to find the solution through a third party. I'm a technician for a living and I can't do anything about a product with no useful documentation.

Just got my printer from Walmart. Everytime I tried to connect wifi, an error will occur.

If using a Wi-Fi router isn't an option, your PIXMA TS3320 can communicate with your Android device directly when you set the printer to Wireless Direct mode, also known as Access Point Mode. You'll find instructions on how to activate this feature in your printer's manual. We hope this helps!

Hi! If using a wireless router isn't an option, your Android device can communicate wirelessly with your PIXMA TS3320 directly when you use the printer's Wireless Direct feature. You can turn it on by pressing the Direct button which has an icon resembling a smartphone. That's the second button beneath the power button. When that same icon appears on the printer's LCD screen, your printer should be ready to communicate and will appear as a wireless access point on your phone. If you're prompted for a password, it will be the printer's serial number. You'll find more information on how to set up and use Wireless Direct mode in your printer's manual. Hope this helps!
