I forgot how batteries are rated so low! I shot 1036 photos and 14 video clips (4 minutes total of 4k 30) on my R6 yesterday and still have 26% battery or 2/4 bars left. Good to know the R10 and then likely R8 as well can last a few hours under light use

lol - Rewatching our shenanigans was just as fun as being part of it. As far as the camera, the R10 is the perfect starter cam for people! I loved the feel of it... reminds me of my first DSLR the Canon T1i. Highly recommend!

Will it be a big change if i replace the canon d1300d with the canon r10, i will add that i am intermediate and want to photograph birds, animals and sometimes landscapes and some portraits

I have the canon r10 with a 50mm and 35mm 1.8 lenses. It's a really good camera for beginners and I have taking amazing shot from personal shots to business shots. It's very user-friendly in a way where it is easy to understand how the camera works and the features it offers

I've been using this camera for the past few months and it's awesome. The battery capacity is fantastic. I can shoot almost 400+ photos without any issues. And that is impressive.😊

I’m looking at doing my own car reviews and am looking for a camera for both video and photos. I am currently debating between the R10 and the R7, I intend to shoot in 4k unless I need some higher frame rate shots here and there (1080p will suffice for those). Any help/recommendations on picking the R7 vs R10?

I main the R7 but haven’t used the R10, I really like it and I think that if you’re going to be shooting a lot of video then the IBIS might be of use to you so my recommendation is the R7 if you can afford it

Super happy with the professional work i can do on my R10! using the 50(80)mm 1.8 RF and thats just great! Love how its doing my portrait work and hopefully i can buy some nice lenses in the nearby future. And i must say i'm shocked how good the battery life is, i'm only doing portraits, and i shoot mostly only for like an hour max. Nice video!

I forget if that's the same battery that was in my RP or M50. Either way, those smaller batteries did not seem to drain in a linear fashion according to the camera battery meter. Usually it seemed as though 3/4 was half and 1/2 was closer to 1/4, if not less. It would go from half to empty MUCH QUICKER than it took to get to 1/2...

Hello Master: Please help and give me some advice, The camera I am currently using is Canon EOS R10, The kit lens used with it is (RF-S18-150mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM) My main subject matter is toy photography. The secondary shooting content is street photography or portrait photos. Now I want to buy new lenses, after watching your video, Want to compare between Canon RF 50mm f/1.8 STM and RF85mm F2 Macro IS STM After making a choice, I would like to ask you to give me some advice on which lens is more suitable for me? If we're choosing between R10 and R50, I recommend the R10 is worth the extra $100-$150. R8 and R7 are in another price category, 400-500$ more expensive than R10.

I'd say the R10 is the restart of the XXd series. R50 is the new TXi and R100 the TX cameras.

*immediately throws my R10 away after comparing it to a Nissan Altima* I would say that the R10 is the Z compared to a higher end GT-R. Altima isn't even iPhone Pro Max worthy.. lol
