If I had that camera I’d probably go for the mkii. I’m fine with the R7 and like you hoping to grab a used R3 at some point

I own the r6 and dont See while an Upgrade would make Sense Formfotos only

je suis satisfait de mon R6, mais L'AF ne fonctionne pas, toujours bien sur des oiseaux en vol du coup, je pense passer sur un R3 en occasion. Merci pour votre retour

I found this too with the R6, Had 0 issues since moving over to the R3

Joe, aince you want to switch tobthe r3 or r5, what exactly do you look for since both cameras are quite different. R3 has the same MP as the r6. Where exactly does the r6 fall short in your current workflow

The R5 more as I have never owned a high MP camera and would just want to see what that is like on a day to day basis, The R3 because its better built, improve af and has a stacked sensor. The R6 is a great camera don't get me wrong but the af if just not there compared to the higher end cameras, Have missed alot of shots I would have got on my 1Dx mkii but has also got some I wouldn't have got, I've had it over a year now and got as much content out of it as I can so its time for a change
