Nice and short review. You mentioned the rear filter slot, but there is not much information on this. I just acquired this lens to shoot interiors and also very wide angle landscapes. I absolutely need to have neutral density filters so that I could shoot long exposures. Can you pleaseprovide any information as far as what filters you can purchase so that you can shoot long exposures landscape orientated photos. Thank you new subscriber.

Welcome Scott! If you notice in the video when I showed the lens on B&H Photo it had a selection rear filters in the accessories section. Let me know if this helps!

hello! love you're videos. Im a beginning photographer and I'm wondering your opinion on which camera I should get. Currently it's between the Canon r50 and the Nikon d750. I like the canon because of it's modern technology, beginner friendly interface, and it's sharp canon colors, but I like the Nikon because it has a larger ecosystem of lenses, it's full frame, and it would challenge me to take more time with my photos. I would also like a versatile camera that is good at videos, but I also don't need super high resolution 4k whatever specs. I'm also into landscape photography, animal photography, street photography, but not quite so much portrait photography. Anyways, thanks for taking the time to read this, and I'm also open to other suggestions in that price range!

While I can't speak too much about Nikon's systems I would learn toward the R50, mainly because you're getting a way newer camera so there will be a lot more features you expect. Additionally the RF mount system is growing so you have a lot more to grow into while the D750 will be more of a system going out of date. And I agree with you that Canon's menus etc are the best. I know there aren't that many RF lenses compared to Nikon's legacy system but personally I haven't desired much more. After you get a few lenses it's kind of like okay now to enjoy my camera. I think the R50 would be a great pick!

I own it, it’s an STM lens cosplaying as an L lens. Get the 14-35mm instead. Trust me.

Wish I've tried the 14-35mm, good feedback! I didn't find any issue with the focus but I was mostly shooting architecture.
