Your presentation was one of the most wonderful and informative lectures on lenses that I have ever heard. It encourages me to think about, as you stated, what story or message am I trying to communicate within this photo. I appreciated that you were focused upon how to think about the desired scene as well as how you would choose a particular lens as a tool to help portray your vision. I absolutely enjoyed your commentary :)

Very interesting! I agree with you on the EOS R...superbe and my go-to camera. I also have the 5D Mk 4 that I use mainly for landscapes. Thankfully my lenses work with that and the adapter. However, my problem is that I don’t want to duplicate my L lenses as it doesn’t make sense so I am buying only RF lenses for the R that I don’t have. The cost, however, is eye-watering for us in euro and in France! I have to admit that the 85 f1.2 is beckoning me. Anyway, great talk and fabulous creative work. Félicitations!
