Lentil Soup on a cold day using an alcohol burner. Note to self and if you want to try this in your canteen cup, I’d suggest using less lentils, probably 1/3 or 1/4 of a cup rather than 1/2 cup.
Ingredients:
lentils
Carrot
Celery
onion
mushroom slices
thyme
oregano
rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Chicken or vegetable broth
Water
Amazing flavor!
Hint, I would soak the lentils before making the soup. They take longer to cook if you don’t. Other than that, delicate and takes little time to make!
