Hey , i have a problem in canva, where i am not able to download my file, my others file are downloading but not my recent one, its saying failed, i did everything but its not working, i don't have premium content, its 1080p video and it's just 3 minutes. what's the issue, pls help!

@@canva I have had this problem since yesterday,i even sent a ticket regarding, i did everything , even i downloaded from the homepage, i think there is a problem with the design, but i am not sure tho, i have sent a email, and also i have sent the issue through canva, hope you resolve it soon, and thanks for replying.

Hi, just dropped into to give you a massive F U for the un-announced change in log in credential system. We work with so many partners whom we collab with and we've spent the whole day scrambling to gain access globally. So utterly shoddy.
