These are great videos, and exactly what I need. Obviously a lot of planning and work went into them. But, at least for me, she is way too fast. I just paused it again to try and figure out where the A4 document is she mentions about ten seconds in. I have a premium subscription, but am not using it because I need to learn all these basics. Thanks for the videos. No matter how fast she is, I can pause it. But I thought to mention it so you could get feedback.

Hi, I'm using Pro. I used to be able to apply all slides of a set template but not now. The left hand side show the slides in video/motion and clicking on segments can't bring out all of the slides :( What can we do about it? Thanks

☹Update needed! It looks like the layout has been changed. Do you have an up to date version of these videos? I'm having trouble locating some of the features listed on the videos as they appear to have either been moved or are no longer available on the current version.

Hi! I'm a beginner trying to get the different shapes of my pattern onto paper. Some of the shapes are not available in Canva. I cannot find an option for drawing by hand and then perfecting the shape. Any suggestions please?

Hi! I have a Pro account, and I'm wanting to love Canva ... However, is the platform super buggy? It's seeming that way. For instance, I'm finding that I'm not always able to edit all files I've closed. Sometimes I open them up and then am not able to see some of the tools, images, etc. Or, the one I just put an hour into and had closed, now I'm not able to edit at all. (I tried making a copy of the file and work on that but still no bueno.) Essentially, the files seem frozen, so I've been patient and simply re-created the design, but then it happens again, so getting frustrated. Additionally, trying to work with at least one of the templates causes Canva itself to freeze so I have to get out of Canva altogether and try again .... (Note: I have a fast internet connection and a new computer. Plus, I don't have this problem with all the templates just some. I've also logged in/out, turned the computer on/off.) I'd very much like to use the images I invested time to create. What's up with you, Canva? :(

We hear you, and we're keen to work this out for you. Would you mind trying these steps out from your end first? 1. Check if you’re on a Canva supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), and then see if it’s updated to its latest version. 2. Try using a different browser or an incognito window to access Canva. 3. Clear your cache, cookies and browser history. We hope that it all gets sorted out! 🙏 ^gv

@@canva Thank you for the reply and suggestions. I was using the latest version of the Safari browser. I cleared cache and cookies per your suggestion, but that did not solve the problem, so I downloaded a different browser. (For anyone experiencing this problem and reading these comments, I choose Brave because it's compatible with Chrome extensions.) I've been using the new, second browser exclusively for my Canva work for three days, and so far, absolutely no problems. Nothing's hung, stalled, or frozen, so ... optimistic good to go from here. :)

Get rid of these videos and replace them with ones using the current interface. I just bought this and cant find anything in your library showing me how to use it. This sucks!
