I really love the idea of doing this but $25 for one ride, $45 for two? Way overpriced for what it is. I'd pay $15, no problem. In Calgary you can ride the go-carts twice down the hill at Olympic Park for the same price, they are a blast.

How does one get back up the hill? Do you stay on the cart and it pulls you up?

Yes it pulls you back up. It’s a nice quiet and scenic ride back up.
