Cap 3000 is een Frans winkelcentrum gelegen in de buitenwijken van Nice , in de stad Saint-Laurent-du-Var . Het werd geopend in 1969 en is een van de grootste winkelcentra in de Alpes-Maritimes , het centrum met het grootste aantal winkels en een van de drukste. Het is het vijfde grootste winkelcentrum van Frankrijk qua bruikbare commerciële oppervlakte .
Dit regionale winkelcentrum is een geweldige ontmoetingsplek, van de lokale bevolking tot rijke buitenlandse toeristen. Het winkelcentrum heeft grote winkels en servicewinkels, boetieks, restaurants, medische kantoren en medische analyselaboratoria.

It is the fifth largest shopping center in France in terms of usable commercial area .
This regional shopping center is a great meeting place, from locals to wealthy foreign tourists. The mall has large retail and service stores, boutiques, restaurants, medical offices and medical analysis labs.
