I don't speak Punjabi and I was a little unsure how you got the figures for the voltage. However, this video in a language I don’t speak made more sense to me about calculating the μf than any I’ve seen supposedly in English. Thanks If there is no voltage regulator you can use zener diode to control the output voltage.
