For the last few years, I've been extremely confused about ASMR. To be quite honest, there were a few times when I became lazy with my efforts to become more mindful, and I allowed my confusion to hide behind judgement and sometimes mockery. I can't remember the exact path that I took thru my socials that got me here, but it happened about 20 minutes ago and now, I understand. I am absolutely fascinated with the way our bodies can receive different sounds and in turn produce such overwhelming and euphoric physical feelings without having been touched. Incredible. You exude a powerful confidence while filming that tells me I don't need to tell you this but wow, this space was made for you and your abilities.

The breathing, shoulder rolling, and thinking about relaxing muscle groups is helpful too. A guided stretching face, neck, shoulder, and arm video ASMR style would be awesome. (One for the ideas board)

Had a truly awful day today. So I came to watch the second half of this, last time I watched it I fell asleep. The positive words are really hitting me today... I came here to sleep. Its 2.01 am. However instead I'm crying... Not your fault. I needed to let this out. Thankyou for makeing me feel safe enough to cry. I'm sure I'll feel better after a good cry. I might make an appointment with an irl masseuse as tbh I think that would help me a little. Your content is amazing and I really appreciate all the work you put into these
