Nitin, tumhari purani videos se pta chalta hai ki tumne bca Kiya h. So, sirf BCA ke basis pe top IT company me job lene par same package hota h ya different, kyunki jyadatar jobs BCA ke liye nahi hoti h

Jab bhi kisi bhi company ko leave krna hota hai, to aap directly next day leave nahi kr skte. Apko kuch time diya jata hai ki us time interval mein aap apni sb responsibilities kisi aur ko assign krdo ya proper KT (Knowledge transfer) kro. In sb m time lgta hai, To isi time period ko notice period ka naam diya jata hai!!!! PS: Please don't call me bhaiya, call me NItin or Nitman!!!😅

Sabka alag alag hota. All depends on their requirement nd your notice period. Jitna kam notice period, utni jaldi offer letter and vice versa.!!!
