Hi To all the dealers of CSC and the Management of CSC this is good that you have got the interchange. And now this the time period when you have to facilitate your customers to come and stay in the capital smart city this is only possible when you give them possession and remove the extra charges in any form we have paid the full amount of our villas in June 2023 in all with all the changes and now after 18 months they realised that they have asked to pay mumty charges or in the sence of extra square feet charges and some other bulshit. This is very shameful moment for the Management and Dealers because they are not interested to help those people who are giving them business. Kind regards

Eid Mubarak Brother. Congratulations on Interchange also . I booked Smart Villa 5 marla in 2018 - 2019 included Everything @ Rs.8450000/- . No more charges for anything. It was the commitment and promises from dealers and management. Still they are failed to deliver Smart Villas . Up to this time only basic structure and pluster work has done from the real buyer properties. There are quality constructions complaints also . Instead to deliver on time with quality construction with smart features CCS management start to demand stair charges , mumty charges, square feet charges. They are trying to grab more money. Which not justified. We will not pay any penny. How come we can introduce our friends for further investment. CCS behaviour is not appropriate with real investors. My request is with you to raise voice in our fever . Please.

سمارٹ سٹی والو دیکھ لو سمارٹ ولاز والوں کے ساتھ تم نے زیادتی کی ہے ۔اب یہ ہر جگہ تمہاری عزت کا تماشہ بنائیں گئے ۔ایکسٹرا چارجز کرکے تم دو چار پیسے کماؤ گئے ۔وہ ان منفی فیڈ بیک کی وجہ سے تمہیں اربوں کا نقصان دی گی ۔ کچھ شرم کچھ حیا کرو سمارٹ ولاز ممٹی چارجز ختم کرو سمارٹ ولاز سیکٹر E سمیت باقی سارے ولاز جہاں ممبرز نے 100 فیصد پیمنٹ کر دی ہے ان کو ممبرز کے حوالے کرو ورنہ ہم خاموش نہین رہیں گئے۔ احتجاج جاری رہے گا

All this useless hype over interchange! People eant possession and are not interested in interchange. Overseas prime 2 still hasn't had much development.
