Seems maybe they went with that color scheme to show more of an 1800's photo. You know that yellowish hue to the black and white photo of that era. At least that is what I am seeing in the color scheme of the Courts and the Joker.

Ah you mean like a sepia tone? Could be. I saw it more to add a little pop of color. In any case, it’s a nice touch.
