So many work dramas and baiting that I've been sidestepping a long time now, with a very turbulent recent one I feared might capsize our team dynamic. After a few very tense months the tension broke today. I'm grateful that I was able to remain a boring gray grounded rock, and believed in myself and my company's ethical aspirations and did not allow fear of the source to torment or warp reality. I remain passionate for my very technical career. It provides freedom from emotional chaos, if you only stay focused, positive and professional. All my life I've felt other people's feelings like they're my own, but I am entering into a stable self now and understanding why boundaries are healthy and necessary to keep all of us safer and more stable.
