Caps Lining Machine (CAI-300A)
FUNCTIONS
*This machine is widely used in food and pharmaceutical caps,in which it is needed to insert the double-layer pad (aluminum foil and paper) into the bottom of the caps.The specially designed mold can produce a pull part in the aluminum foil to be easily opened.
FEATURES
* With special mold design, gaskets and gasket pull part can be produced in the same process. The gasket and the aluminum foil are directly stamped to the cap bottom.
* PLC control system with touch human-machine interface.
* The cap contact surfaces are made of stainless steel.
