CAPSICUM PANEER RICE| EASY RECIPES| LET’S COOK EPI-01 | ANUPAMA

Learn how to make easy and delicious capsicum paneer rice.
INGREDIENTS:
100gms cooked white/brown/red rice { your choice}
60gms Paneer
1/4 cup capsicum
1tbsp schezwan sauce
1/2 tbsp green chilli sauce[ OPTIONAL]
1tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
METHOD:
1. To a pan, add 1tbsp olive oil and fry the paneer pieces on medium flame till they are golden brown in color.
2. Add chopped capsicum and saute them for a minute.
3. Add cooked rice, salt, ginger garlic paste and saute them for a minute.
4. Add 1tbsp schezwan sauce, 1/2 tbsp green chilli sauce and saute them.
