Because it’s true to reality. How many of our most looked up to individuals have clashed with each other in some way.? It makes the characters feel more 3-dimensional when it’s done right, when it’s done wrong/cheaply then it feels like a money grab.

@@BowmansWorld Your a complete moron for thinking that. Its an assumption based on zero evidence. If you feed me the same story over and over I would stop buying from boredom. You want to turn Bucky bad? There are organic ways to do that but it takes time and planning and at the very least an acknowledgment of continuity so it doesn't feel like the writer doesn't have a clue who the character is and has been.

@@Aziz1799 currently there’s both a Sam Cap and Steve Cap book going on, they’re about ~10? Issues in a piece? You can start with those 2 and be fine. Captain America Sentinel of Liberty and Captain America Symbol of Truth are the titles of the books There’s a couple of minis before that’ll play in and some references to older run stuff but ultimately you should be fine starting with either of them, both have trades or you can go with single issues

@@Kentrc11 Steve ain't wearing a helmet either and how many people are good enough to get a head shot while he's flying at mach 1 speeds? No sniper is that Good, not even in comics.

@The OUTLAW KING Steve Rogers literally has a helmet with wings attached to his suit like a hoodie. Also, flying is good for Sam if that was all he did but nope he comes to ground to fight & his head is a target there.

@@Kentrc11 Did I miss something, where does Steve have a helmet, this isn't the MCU, he doesn't wear helmets in the comics, just a mask. And while on the ground, if you can get a headshot for Sam, you can get one for Steve, so stop complaining.

It would take too much retconning to adopt this story. For one, in the MCU Bucky has ALREADY become the "white wolf" in wakanda

The MCU wouldn’t need to adapt it perfectly, they could just go Team Steve Cap vs Team Sam Cap, or Team USA-inspired vs Team USSR-inspired (this trailer seems to imply it could go either way imo)
