ये तो सभी जानते है कि कीर्ति चक्र या कोई भी पदक किसी को मिला हो तो उसका महत्व और सम्मान न दूसरा पति करेगा और न दूसरे पति से जन्मे बच्चे करेंगे तो ऐसे स्थिति में उस पदक को मां बाप के हवाले किया जाना चाहिए।ये हम आम भारतीयों की सरकार से प्रार्थना है।

पत्नी तो खुद इतनी लायक है यदि वह माँ होती तो या वाकई जरूरत मंद होती तो ही उसे मिलना चाहिए । माता पिता का दर्जा पत्नी से कही ऊपर है वह भी ऐसी पत्नी जो सारी यादों को रिश्तेनातों को छोड़ कर चली जाए । ऐसे तो कोई माँ बाप अपने बच्चे को सेना में नहीं भेजना चाहेगे। वह तो भूलने की कोशिश करेगी लेकिन माँ तो जीने के लिए अपने बेटे को बारबार याद करना चाहेगी ।

This is the true story of all soldiers, as long as a soldier is alive, he faithfully performs his duties towards his wife, parents, country, society and everyone. But as soon as he becomes a martyr, taking advantage of the military NOK rules, his wife runs away with all the money with someone else, unfortunately his elderly parents neither get any kind of military aid nor any financial support. After losing their son, parents of a martyr have to spend entire life in dreadful condition 😊

Who runs away with a widow in our society. Please enlighten. I in last 40 yrs have not seen a single case. Rather I have seen multiple cases where the inlaws have made widows life hell after demise of the son. NOK is not mandated by army but is nominated by by serving soldiers themselves. And it's totally incorrect that parents do not get any financial benefits. Please try to find out what is the legal provision on hindu marriage act and also religious significance of marriage in respective religions society. You will get your answer y a husband nominates his wife/ kids as NOK.

Here the case is similar to what's happening with widow of Late Major Ashish from haryana. Wife the legal NOK as nominated by the Soldier himself received the entitled compensation and the parents received there share of compensation. Now the parents compensation is less then that of the NOKs . Whole story revolves around money. In this particular case , uncle ji in many interview has said he would like the widow of Captain Anshuman to marry his younger brother 😮. Y?? The money remains within their reach.

Wife ran away.. she has saved herself from these leeches! these greedy parents (in fact shame in name of parenthood) are eating pension from government. Army didn't dump them after retirement as army cannot dump Anshumans widow. They got fat exgratia of 65 lacs bahu got 85 so they want to control her money (may be her work also). These cringe parents wanted to marry her with younger son it seems, you know why. Why parents should get any money when they are already receiving pension? They were not dependents on son. These people raise sons as fat paycheque and nothing else. They should be booked for defaming and harassing martyrs widow. She has taken her rights over her husband's earning, have they given her share of inheritance? Cannot believe for few lacs people can stoop so low that insult that great man's sacrifice.

Here is a post For context, my dad is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian army, currently posted in high altitude. There have been lots of opinions about the actions of the parents and wife of Captain Anshuman Singh(Kirti Chakra, posthumous), I will help clear the same. I have seen the video and discussed the same with my dad, and here is what I know: The will, or the NoK(next of kin) is filled out by the officer, and he may choose to name spouse or parents as NoK. My father has chosen my mother as NoK, and by extension me and my brother. Next, the Army Insurance Fund. The split is decided by, again, the officer, which in this case was 50|50. In my dad's case is 70/30. So, of a total of around 1.1~ Cr, my mom gets around 78 and my grandma the rest(grandfather has passed away, was in the Air Force). In this case, the state government released a fund of 50 Lac for the family, of which, the split was 35(wife), and 15(parents). As Captain Anshuman Singh(Kirti Chakra, posthumous) decided to keep his wife as NoK, 60% of the pension and the Kirti Chakra goes to the wife. So, because there is a sheer mockery of the deceased brave heart's heroism on the internet, here is the split up of what everyone is getting. Parents: 1/2 Army Insurance Fund + 15 Lac(state govt) Wife: 1/2 Army Insurance Fund + 35 Lac(state govt) + 60% pension + Kirti Chakra How the wife decides to use HER money is up to her, as HER husband signed the NoK. Stop with the moral policing. We do not know how her in laws treat her. Also, is it not strange that the parents have met and have talked about Rahul Gandhi so much? Is it not strange they keep talking about Agni veer? Their son was a Commissioned Officer, not an Agni veer, then why so shortly after his death, instead of mourning for their lost son, they are getting involved in politics? Why are they arguing with their son's choice? Why are they questioning their son's partner? It is a sheer mockery of Captain Anshuman Singh(Kirti Chakra, posthumous) and his supreme sacrifice. I rest my case. Jai Hind. Also they keep saying she was only married for 5 months, but in the interview she said that their relationship was 8 years old. She knew the parents only for 5 months. They would not have treated her nicely after their son’s death. Living with them would have felt like torture. So, her leaving them is correct decision. About the money, She deserves it as she had her whole life planned out with Anshuman, when he is not there she must have felt so lost in life. In such situations, people can get depressed and working is also very hard with everything going through your mind. So, it is fair to have money for necessities. And the parents got money as well so they are also not being treated unfairly. They are just angry that some outsider woman is benefitting from their son’s death(typical mentality of selfish people). I think its still too early to reach a conclusion but the way his parents are talking as if they are really normal and it doesn't look like their son has passed away, especially the body language of his father Why discuss all these personal matters in media when your son just died?

सरकार को ऐसी घटनाओं से सबक लेकर नये सिरे से सोचने समझने और स्वार्थी,अन्यायपूर्ण,अव्यवहारिक, अत्याचार, और भेदभावपूर्ण स्थिति से बचा जाए। पत्नी अर्द्धांगिनी बनीं रहे तो कोई समस्या नहीं है। समस्या एकाधिकार के स्वत्ताधिकार कारण नेक्स्ट आफ किन प्रतिशत और पदक आदि में अभाव प्रभाव स्पष्ट हो।

Salute to his parents. Father is so thoughtful and very logical and looked into all aspects for his son's education. Like father, like son . How can parents keep silent when thihave devoted so much for their son . Parents took so much efforts along with his son , they must all have equal rights. Father is not demanding for money, but he wants his sons memories,the medal as a momento of his son.

I have a great respect for Anshuman's Parent. In my view, major financial aid should go to parents as they have raise their child. Wife has no children and why she cannot earn for herself provided that she is an NITian and an independent girl. Wife do need emotional support and that's why she should not cut ties with her in-laws. It is easy to raise a child but it is difficult to raise a bright child who can sacrifice himself for a nation.

आर्मी को अपने नियमो में संशोधन करना चाहिए।अगर किसी की भी बहू ससुराल वाले घर छोड़कर खुद चली जाती है और किसी और से शादी कर लेती हैं तो ऐसे सिचुएशन में उसे पहले पति से मिलने वाले सरकारी अधिकार छीन लेनी चाहिए।

Anshumaan ke matapita ki bate sun kar etna dukh hota hai, rona aa jata hai, ku unki bahu aisa kar rahi hai, dono ki haalat kitni kharab hai, dono kitne dukhit hai, par us ladki ko koi fark nahi pad raha hai, Bhagwan unke parent ko shakti de aur bete ke yaado ke sahare wo jinda rahe, sab ladkiya aise nahi hoti hai, bad luck tha unke parent ka ki unko aise ladki milli, mujhe lagta hai ki kaise anshuman laut ke aajaye, aur us ladki ki kartut ko dekhe, par wah sab dekh raha hai, ak din us ladki ko uski kiye ki saza bhagwan jarur dega, ak maa ki aakho me etna aashu diya hai, jis maa ne usko janam de ksr paal posh kar, etne bade post me khada kiya tha, jiske badolat aj wah etna respect usko mil raha hai, aur maa baap ko khun ke aashu rona pad raha hai.

Public sector ONGC में यह नियम है की सर्विस के दौरान अगर कर्मी की मृत्यु हो जाती है तो कंपनी द्वारा दी जानेवाली राशि में से एक नियत प्रतिशत माता पिता को देने का प्रावधान है । अगर माता पिता लेने से इंकार करते है तो पूर्ण राशि मृतक की पत्नी को दे दिया जाता है । ऐसा नियम सेना या सेंट्रल गवर्नमेंट में अगर नही है तो आश्चर्य की बात है । इस पर संशोधन करना चाहिए ।
