While filing NOK it must be made compulsory that 66% must go to wife and 33% to parents. Now we have option but it's not compulsory.

Not at all.. 80% to parents 20% to wife.. and marriage should not be older than 2 years if pregnant and willing to raise child then 60:40 if aborted pregnancy then 100:0 if remarry then 100:0 parents are allowed to file a case against it if abortion or remarry. 50% to wife if marriage older than 5 years and have child.

Not just this case, in every case a spouse always has the first right over the belongings, money and property of the deceased spouse. Irony is if a female employee dies and her spouse is also dead then her property will goes to her in-laws, not to her parents. These rules need to be changed.

All benifits and money are given as per the soldier's nomination and will which is being updated time to time by the soldiers during their service. It's not the fault of policy. Defense and govt money goes to the nominated personal only. No matter it's spouse or parents or children. There is provision of nominating more than one person and different different share of benifits which is purely a choice of solders itself.

भारत सरकार को इस पर गहरी से विचार करने की आवश्यकता है। इस नियम के कारण 50% से ज्यादा हमारे veer सैनिक के पारिवारिक सम्बंध बाधित रहते हैं। पत्नी को अत्याधिक प्राथमिकता देने के कारण पत्नी द्वारा इसका अनुचीत उपयोग बेटे मां या परिवार से दूरी एवम सैनिक आचरण में भी परिवर्तन की जरूरत है जितना एक आर्मी ऑफिसर अपने पत्नी को अहमियत देते है उतना अपने पेरेंट्स को नही देते यह एक कड़वा सच है । एक पत्नी के पास दूसरे शादी का रास्ता होता है मां पिता के पास नही। बेटे को सेना में वेजने का निर्णय मां पिता का होता है न की पत्नी का। है पत्नी एक अभिनय अंग है पर अत्याधिक प्राथमिकता देकर समाज में नए प्रकार के माता पिता के साथ असजता का वातावरण बन रहा है।

This law does not considered parents condition can be derogatory to in many case it assume on an average case spouse condition become derogatory so all things are given to them but it doesn't mean that parents doesn't need any thing.some portion of assistance must be given to them on basis of their condition (income, property).we should together demand for urgent change in this law.

NOK is defined by soldier, they have option to give 66 to wife and 33 to parents, most do not choose in case if they have children, so its not system.
