We ate there last month. We all got burgers and daiquiris. Also split a clam chowder with my wife. It was very good.

That was a good size restaurant. It seemed to be nice and breezy on the outside area. Glad the rain stopped so you could get over to the gift shop.

Yes, we were glad to see the storm finally move out. The lightning was very close, there for awhile.

Loved this video. My wife and I became grandparents two years ago. My name is Curt & my grandpa name is Captain Curt. I would definitely eat at this joint. 😉

Very interesting, it has been over 20 years since I eaten at Curt's I didn't enjoy it on that occasion so interesting to see your review. It was good to see, wow the business has expanded. I am in Sarasota later this year for my mothers birthday (90's) a while since we visited long journey for me as I choose to live in the UK. I love hearing you both reminisce about Sarasota. I do too as it changed so much. I am surprised you don't get more subscribers as you have a good channel.

Captain Curt’s is the Sarasota’s “Home of the Buckeyes”. They have a sign in the bar area. Probably where fans and alumni come to watch the games. Wish we would have gone in the gift shop as my boys and I are all Ohio State Alumni. We went there late and the stores were closed.
